Teton Trust for Historic Places
The mission of the Teton Trust for Historic Places is to facilitate the preservation of Teton County’s historic structures and landscapes in perpetuity through partnerships with property owners, non-profits, and government entities. The Trust creates and maintains historic preservation easements. Easements are voluntary contracts. Once under easement, the property owner may qualify for the transfer of development rights or other preservation incentives.
